Easy Egg Muffins

No effort breakfast~so YUMMY!!! Sign me up

Ingredients:o 4 scallions, minced
o 1/2 red pepper, minced
o 1/2 zucchini, shredded
o 14 egg whites
o 4 whole eggs
o 1/2 tsp. basil
o 1/4 tsp. oregano
o Dash sea salt and pepperDirections:
Heat oven to 350. In a large bowl, beat eggs and set aside. Chop veggies and mix with eggs. Poor into muffin tins and bake for 30 minutes. Serve.Nutrition Facts (per muffin): 56 calories, 3g carbs, 1g fiber, 2 g sugar, 7g protein, 2g fat.
