For the strawberry Greek yogurt smoothie you will need:

• 1 TBSP Milled Flax Seed
• 1 cup frozen strawberries + handful of fresh spinach (you won’t taste it)
• 1 cup almond milk
• ½ cup Greek yogurt

Just blend the ingredients together and enjoy.
