We are faced with choices each and every day. DO DETOXES REALLY WORK?
If you read my story, you know that I spent years indulging in ice cream, pizza, and other such treats, but with it brought major weight issues. In the past 12 years, I have gotten my weight under control after countless attempts. And realized how big of a role the food we eat plays into our well being!
