Peanut Butter Protein Pudding

Peanut Butter makes everything better!!! Especially when it’s high protein, guilt-free, and so YUMMY!

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

2 tbs natural peanut butter, creamy

1/2 cup nonfat Greek Yogurt

1/4 cup protein powder, vanilla flavor

2 Truvia packets, or to taste

1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce

2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

Optional: 1 tbsp crushed peanuts

Directions:

Place peanut butter in a small, microwavable dish. Heat on high for 20 seconds, or until peanut butter softens. Add Greek yogurt and stir. Continue to add all remaining ingredients and whisk by hand until well combined. Top with a few crushed peanuts.
